Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual (French/Dutch) Internal Sales / Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in a similar role, with a passion for sales and project management. This role is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives forward while managing key projects to support our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage projects related to sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch (written and verbal).
  • 2-3 years of experience in internal sales or project management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and environmental sustainability practices is a plus.

As a self-driven and autonomous individual, he/she will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, contributing to our continued growth and success. Additionally, the Sales Manager Belgium will closely collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
