Most of the buying public are familiar with our two grenade-shaped jars containing L’Impériale mustard and Bister piccalilli. These two major classics are available in several supermarkets and Belgian stores as well at various French and Spanish sales outlets.
Our range is much wider than these two key products. We obviously cannot expect each sales outlet to stock all our items.
Within this in mind we invite you to browse around the various sections here so as to discover our seasonings in individual or family size formats. Most of them are available in the small stores attached to our sites in Jambes (Namur) and St Thibault (Troyes).

Starting in the1990s, the Bister mustard factory has focused on developing an ever-wider range of products for the professional catering sector and food industry.
These items extend beyond our mustard products to cover sauces, pickled vegetables and the like. They are generally available in 2 L, 2.3 L and 2.4 L plastic pots, 3 L, 5 and 10 L containers or in bulk (from 25 L to 1000 L).
