"PUMPKIN MUSTARD" - Happy Halloween !
Try macaroni with bacon cubes in a cream and pumpkin mustard sauce, sprinkled with diced tomatoes and thin strips of cheese

Young turkey filets, sauce aurore (tomato cream sauce)
Serves 4 :
600 g of young turkey filet
10 cl of fresh cream
Cédric pink mustard
Chive
Salt, pepper
Brown the butter in a deep pan and fry the young turkey filets. Salt and pepper. As soon as the filets are nice and brown, pour in the fresh cream, 4 soup spoons of Cédric pink mustard and finely chopped chive.
Serve with tagliatelle and a few raw vegetables
Tuna peach with Cédric pink mustard
Serves 4 :
8 half peaches
1 tin of tuna in water
Cédric pink mustard
Mayonnaise
1 hard egg
1 onion
Salt, pepper
Use a fork to mix the tuna, 3 teaspoons of Cédric pink mustard, 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise and hard egg together in a bowl.
Salt and pepper. Place these ingredients in the centre of the half peaches.
Arrange on a plate decorated with parsley. Serve chilled. |
