Trempette and Tartinade is a cold sauce made by children for children but relished by adults as well ! It can be kept in the refrigerator. With its hint of a tomato flavour, this delicately spiced and creamy sauce is ideal for "dipping" raw carrots, pieces of cauliflower, crisps, nachos, cocktails sausages, etc.

Delicious spread on sandwiches filled with ham, gouda cheese, minced meat, roast beef, sausage…

It is served on a dish, with chips and potatoes, hard eggs and omelettes, roasted pork and pork chops, steaks, chicken, fish fingers, etc.
